It should be obvious.
God 's grace-? This is all Satan's doing-? Since this God is supposed to be all-powerful and all-knowing, the concept of free will and suffering for it makes him a little cruel, don't you think? And, apparently, we are to take responsibility for what happens to us and our own actions but, when we do, we are prideful and think we are gods. You people are so contradictory.
BTW, the pyramids were much larger, built long before and they never fell down AND there is a similar story in ancient Greek myths. I'll look it up and be back in a minute...
lol-I actually found there are several myths from different cultures that have a similar tale. The ancient Central Indians, the Indians (from India), Sumerians and, of course, the Greeks (Hermes). It's listed on Wikipedia under 'Tower of Bablon'-similar mythologies.

it's not about division and unity. It's about right and wrong. Being united in the wrong isn't going to help this country. It is better to do the right thing and make half of America mad. Integrity, our leaders (both sides) don't have it, we need it.

well i would'nt blame GOD for such a thing, cause all of us all races, nations and whatnot are not really cooperating w/ what GOD wants us to do, this problem is cause by many reasons, GOD does not do such things like this to us, look at the whole world, if there was no GOD there would be no us, look at all his work he created in front of you, look at the sky, look at all his work, every human being has a different way of thinking, we're not all the same, we all make mistakes, and for all the world mistakes, he is punishing us, for instance look what happened to India, a cyclone hit them, and atleast 2,400 died in the storm, no matter what you think we are all doing wrong,
not just us, the whole world, just think and you wiull see what i mean.

Whether or not you believe in God, can't you see that it is not God tearing us apart, but people's prejudice, mistrust, intolerance, etc. that is really tearing us apart. These things are not of God..

(As an aside, the reason I believe God blew apart the Tower of Babel, was not because people were cooperating and getting along (which he wants) but because they were "full of themselves" and thinking they could be as great or greater than God. Don't we believe that even today?

I believe in such a being.
I don't believe everyone else's views of Him.
I don't think God really cares about homosexuality.
And I'll probably get slammed for it, by Christians telling me "Well it says in the Bible..." I don't care, don't quote Bible verses at me. God did NOT write the Bible, men did. Men with their own opinions that THEY believed, hundreds of years ago!

Well all I can say is that it was those apples that has caused all the trouble in the first place. If Adam and Eve just stuck to those bananas and nuts we would not have this difference of opinion.

The eating of apples has changed the chemical in-balance to love thy neighbour don't you think.

Like Mosses really tried hard with the Ten Commandments but even that didn't change things.

It is only humans that kill for sport and not just too feed their empty stomachs like animals would do.

Yes there is a God (my opinion) but I don't think He's trying to tear us apart. God gave us free will to make our own choices. God gave us the rope and Mankind is hanging himself with it. The best we can do for ourselves is to do what we think is necessary to be accepted into God's Graces. I'm not a very religious person and I'm not sure why I felt compelled to answer this question. It was a good question. Thank you.

Let me school all of yall god does cerain things to test us to see if we really stand for him or believe in him. In certain things god my seem like the enemy but he isnt. Satan is, Satan tempts all of us to believe that god is and when we believe him instead of god he tricks us and we become in a big hot mess. SO yea Dont be fooled because yes god is real and yes he is the alpha and Omega. God and i have had our bad times but let me tell you this I let no man i mean no man talk about my god. You believe what u want but be sure if u are going to heaven or hell. Heaven is the thumbs up and hell is the thumbs down, and im not saying believeing is all you have to do is to get into heaven. You also have to do right.

The bible even claims that he was not sent to create peace but to divide.

There are some truths found in the bible, that is one of them.

Religion is always about division and labels and never supports human progress and the betterment of our future.

Religion teaches people that the future is going to be an immoral place that needs to be destroyed by God. Its very negative.

According to Quran we are all the same nation, but can we blame God for the mistakes we have done and that have actually tear us apart? I think we need to take responsability on these things we havent done right and stop blaming on him

"(All) people are a single nation; so Allah raised prophets as bearers of good news and as warners, and He revealed with them the Book with truth, that it might judge between people in that in which they differed; and none but the very people who were given it differed about it after clear arguments had come to them, revolting among themselves; so Allah has guided by His will those who believe to the truth about which they differed and Allah guides whom He pleases to the right path.
