It isn't illegal, and isn't discrimination. But sounds kinda weird frankly - don't you want top performers? Keep on with this theory, and you could end up with an office full of beautiful airheads - which is probably what you deserve.

I doubt your theory that having attractive, sexy people around makes everyone else more productive. Not likely to have much of an effect on the other women, and some of the guys might spend a lot more time watching them and talking to them when they otherwise would have been working. And for men and women, if these employees are treated by you as special, and you don't have the same work expectations of them as you do of others, that will hurt morale, not help it.

Attractive people do not make other people more productive. A good work environment with good management makes people more productive.

This will only drive your best, most productive employees out of your company and leave you with the prettiest and least effective ones. Why would any top employee want to work for a company where someone else's looks are more important than their own contributions to the firm's success?

I always found that people who work hard, are flexible, willing to learn, and work well as a team player make better employees for everyone but hey, who am I?

Seems to me like they would be a bigger distraction (flirting, gawking, etc). And an outstanding employee getting paid $50,000 is worth much more than 2 good employees getting paid $50,000 each (or in this case, $75,000 or so each).

Unless you're running a house of ill repute, that won't fly here in the USA. You'll eventually be brought to task for discrimination.
