I mean...to feel very close as if you known each other for way long or at least to build a relationship as in real life ?

Yes I do. If two souls can write a book together and draw pictures together and exchange things over the net which was NOT possible at one time, then yes. Magic and destiny is the real answer.

Yes i do. I have met people on here who i feel like i have known for a long long time. With a few of them we exchange weekly phone calls and can talk for hours. There is a lady who i hope to meet in person very soon who i met here.
Its funny with internet friendships, you can either be very honest and open, sharing things you may not in real life or you can go the other way and build up a fantasy life and this type is naturally very shallow.
I am lucky to of found a few very genuine people to call my friends here. You are one of those people Laff.

I've only two close friends here, some others I've talked to a couple of times and the rest are good contacts but we don't interact outside this.

Yes, one can develop friendships through email. As far as feeling close to someone I don't "chat" with? I'm not sure. I think when you find someone that believes as you do, one could feel "close" in a distant sort of way. :-)

Sure.

I feel a kindred with many of the posters here, even though we could pass each other on the street and never know it.

No this is a Q&A forum not a matchmaking site...take it off line or into another type or chatting board or best yet in a safe forum face to face. Please dont mistake cyberworld for 'real life'.
