It is: Ich liebe dich and it means I love you.

Did you ask so we would all say that we love you? lol

It´s German, alright, but the sentence should be written: ich liebe dich. That means, what we all want to hear, wherever we live in the world, I LOVE YOU.

i admire you lots, for ever and that's no longer correct what you ROCK! (surely there's a spelling mistake, it is going to study: ich liebe dich, besides the incontrovertible fact that that's no longer correct. needless to say somebody loves you very lots!)
