There is not a 'standard ' rate of pay. It all depends on size of bar, number of staff, takings, etc. Go for whatever you can get for the type of place involved.

i WAS A BARMANAGER, i WAS MAKING $17 PER HOUR PLUS I WAS WORKING THE BAR SO i KEPT ALL OF MY TIPS..... IT DEPENDS ON YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES..... ORDERING, INVENTORY CONTROL, SCHEDULING, HIRING, ETC
