I have pale, cool-toned skin with pink undertones. I have dark blue eyes and my natural hair color is dirty blonde. Do you think I would look ok with black hair?

If youve got a light skin tone then you should stay to warmer colours. If you have black hair then it will make you look very pale, i have firends who have black hair but they are tanned so it looks okay. ive even considered doing this my self but it would mak me look pale so i didnt do it. plus if i did and i didnt like it then it would be hard to get my hair lift lighter again. I think i light brown with blonde slices would look nice for how youve desribed yourself

i have the same colour skin as you describe.. but honesty black suits pale skin but i can make you look extremely gothic.. so i would recommend like a dark choc/chestnut bron.. unless u want to look gothic.
