I don't consider myself a fundie, but I'd like to answer anyway.
OF COURSE, YES! They are fully human , just as all of us are, whether atheist, fundie or somewhere in between. I'm more curious as to where the question is coming from? Has someone been verbally abusive because of your unbelief?

I just want to say something to Cheir who said "But they are not also fully divine as Christ was."

So you think you ARE divine and are somehow better or more morally advanced than others? Please don't flatter yourself. If you honestly believe hat then that is a huge sign that you are far far far away from spiritual awareness and knowledge. How self centered can a person get?

Of course.
The ONLY difference though, is a big one...their spirit is still dead.
This is what being "born again" means...the Holy Spirit comes into the life of the person that gives themselves to God in belief, and their spirit is made alive. Because of sin, we are are spiritually dead. The Holy Spirit makes us alive to Christ, and with that, have a knowledge of God that others cannot have.

Yes - and they have a body, soul and spirit, just like everyone else. But they are not also fully divine as Christ was.
