Before the fall of Adam and Eve that wouldn't have happened. During the Millennium it wont happen. Because sin is abundant in the world we all suffer, even animals.

Why wouldnt God be ok with it? It is the natural order of life. Animals eat other animals, survival of the fittest.
That plus it is not like God is watching everything in the world all the time, trying to decide if He/She/It Likes what they see

Couldn't god have made all the animals 'plant eaters'??? It does seem like a sick cruel way to for one animal to feed off another.

Thought god loved all his creations, but apparently he loves lions more than zebras...
