she have contineous harrasment,illegal debauchery,bloody hell sarcasm

Go over her head, and complain to her boss. Be sure to document her behavior first, though.

Tell her to ****-off. Tell on her. Sue. Or if it all fails, find-out where she lives and kill her quitely. Buy inconspicuous used clothes. Take them off after the deed, put them in a plastic bag and then burn them in some garbage can.
