Would be very surprised if you searched confidence course and didn't get close to hundred gages of hits. That is the key ingredient in most think positive, get ahead in life, reach your full potential gain inner strength, be the person you always wanted to be courses on the market. Don't have any experience so can't recommend one over th other. The oldest one this person knows is Dale Carnegie Course. Hit any library and run search on confidence course or themes given and something will come up. The best sources of confidence in my opinion are life and successful experiences. Build on your strenghts.

Under the heading of self-esteem, you may find a class or two. It depends on the school what is offered. Many books out there too on it, try the library or a good book store.

Buy the book,
"Instant Confidence" by Paul McKenna. It has a mind programming CD with it for you to listen to everyday with the book & it is fantastic. I can highly recommend it.
