its an autum wedding, the birdesmaids dresses are pretty much decied at http://www.dessygroup.co.uk/index.cfm?go=dresses&style=2512EG
the only reason i want a big wedding this time, is that my last one was a 5 min registery office job, because non of my family or friends liked my choice - turned out they were right

If your a size 8 - 10, Then you can probably get away with wearing a potato sack. Only saw the bottom dress as the link only goes to the site on the other two links. The third dress is real classy.

I absolutely LOVE the Ian Stuart Donatella. I'm slightly biased because my dress is Ian Stuart and quite a similar style (it's not on the website anymore though as it was from last season). Ian Stuart dresses are so amazing and i tried on loads, including a Mon Cheri one that i loved, but the Ian Stuart blew them all out of the water. His dresses are worth paying the extra for as they have such fabulous detail and the donatella is stunning.

They're all lovely but I think I prefer no 1. No 2 is a bit gothicky - Morticia Adams/mermaid style!, No 3 is beautiful but you will need a large bust to carry it off (which I'm surmising at size 8-10 like me maybe isn't applicable?) and I like the little corsage at the back of No 1, so go for that one. Best of luck, hope you have a really happy day!

I cannot see 1 or 2, but really do not worry about that old fashioned view that you cannot wear a "proper" dress for a 2nd marriage, thank goodness people are not so stuffy about that anymore and you can and should wear the dress of your dreams. Good luck!

I like strawplay courchevel personally. Its the dress I'd choose. By the way, the shop is in Hornchurch, which is where I live, so I might go and try it on. No plans for a wedding of my own as yet though.

I couldn't really tell which dresses you were talking about from the web page..
I also got remarried when my kids were young. Jamaica, with a cute black cocktail dress..
Wear what you want because if you ask to many people and let them influence your decision then you may regret it again!
Keep in mind,no matter what you wear or do you have a Chance of someone criticizing it..
That's why I think you need to do what you want!
Congratulations!!

You don't say what type of wedding you're having? Why have a formal wedding if it's your second marriage, shouldn't you just go have a small ceremony and wear a nice suit or something more casual? And what does your size have to do with anything? Fat people can't look good?
I'd feel uncomfortable I guess having a 2nd marriage ceremony at your age.

I can't see your first 2 wedding dress choices.
The bridesmaid dress looks great on the model but on a real girl, it'll show every lump, bump, panty line and bra line. Better pick something else.
