Yes. The validity of a blessing or sacrament does not depend on the holiness of the priest because it is the Holy Spirit that acts through the priest.
There are many examples of God using sinful men to accomplish His work of saving people. King David, whose beautiful psalms are part of the bible was an adulterer and murderer. St. Paul, who wrote most of the New Testament, once persecuted the very people he was evangelizing to.

It is God who blesses not man regardless if they are a priest. A sinful priest who does not repent yet questions others will be marked as a hypocrite and judgment will be on them.

Why does everyone forget that a priest is still a human being? He will of course have to answer one day for his life and his actions the same as you or I. Probably judged more stringently.I usually don't "copy and paste" but:
"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone."

A priest blessing is pointless anyway. Blessings are only from God.

It would not be right for them to bless others! That is hypocritical and not right in the eyes of God

One of those sinning preists tried to get ahold of me and put a blessing on me and I just whacked him over the head with my Bible and said "get thee away from me Satan!"

apparently, is anyone free from sin?
your "sin" is so rampant, that even the most pious, most religious, most wonderful people on the planet are full of it...
kinda makes you think we should get rid of the whole concept...huh?
