I don't believe what doctors say on this issue. To me Stress is a part of life, some people can handle it others can't. As for it causing illness Doctors say it does but I do not believe this. If it were so there would be an easy way to fix the problem. Simply remove the stress and the illness would go away. Unfortunately there is no magic pill being developed to do this now.

I have heard doctors and other health professionals say that stress is the cause of all illnesses and that cancer is the biggest stress related condition of all.
Stress causes both physical and mental illnesses. It troubles the heart and circulatory system with hypertention, the digestive system with ulcers, the mind, and even the back. Stress causes the muscles to tense and that in turn affects the back. It causes insomnia and poor eating habits. Stress is the cause of failed relationships, broken families, and even suicide.
