Yes, its quite possible that by hitting you hard enough that he damaged something, I would see your family doctor first and see what he/she thinks. Even if the headaches only come when you're sick/stressed, I'd still ask the doctor about it.
How many years ago was it? The fact that is has been many years tells me that it didn't create a serious condition immediately (there still is the possibility), but your family doctor can get you started on the right path.

Years ago I used to get those 3 day migraines fron drinking, so I stopped, and havn't had one in over 20 years. But 2 years ago I had a brain operation (car accident) and no headaches. What I'm saying, is getting a trauma is just one kind of damage. I think you need an MRI or a brain wave test (EEG) ? Bear in mind, I'm not a doctor.

Omg yeah why don't u go and get ur head scanned for any injuries or any nerves which may have got pressed or have formed any clots. Ur head is the most important organ and overlooking such a thing can create more complications in ur later life then u realise it right now. So I'd say get urself examined and tell the doctor wat exactly happened when u were hit also the current headaches ur experiencing. Please take care and i hope u get the proper medical attention. Severe drastic case wud also lead to paralysis and it's not a joke to just take this incident lightly.

Headbutting will normally no longer mess you up that badly. It will depend on how rough you hit your head and the way younger you had been. In this situation, you had been 7, so your mind should not have been harm that dangerous. I had a significant concussion at 2 years historical and I'm quality. Also, you are not able to get mind melanoma from head trauma.

It is probably unlikely that you sustained any kind of significant brain damage as a result of an injury you incurred years ago, BUT I would suggest that you should speak with your doctor anyway. Your headaches may be as a result of this injury or may be an indicator of another health problem. Either way it is important to get them checked out.

I don't know but I bet a doctor could tell you and send you for some tests. Don't wait around until things get worse - go now to your GP.
Better to be safe than sorry.
