Would i get kicked out for walking around with an erection? and is it like couples only?

Most nude beaches in Australia are open to anyone who gets nude, and there is the occasional erection happening ~ after all, people are only human!
If you keep your towel handy to drape as needed, don't act pushy towards naked girls and remember your manners (eyes UP), you will be welcome on the beach.
If you act creepy, you're likely to get the same sort of treatment you would if you acted creepy fully clothed somewhere!

i doubt that you have the cajones to even get butt naked so you might be kicked out for not being nude lol
