How old will the people we've known and loved our whole lives be in heaven? Will they be as they were at death? I hope not if they've been ill. Will we know someone we loved many years ago and haven't seen since? I heard somewhere that we will all be 7 years old.

Heaven is the temporary abode for human spirits who died while their bodies have returned to dust. So in heaven, looks are not significant. On resurrection day, spirit and body reunite but by then, bodies will be glorified. All the effects of sin will be no more.
