My favorite is from Scooter Ward, "You can't run on faith if you do believe,"

The Prophet Joseph Smith declared—and he never taught more comforting doctrine—that the eternal sealings of faithful parents and the divine promises made to them for valiant service in the Cause of Truth, would save not only themselves, but likewise their posterity. Though some of the sheep may wander, the eye of the Shepherd is upon them, and sooner or later they will feel the tentacles of Divine Providence reaching out after them and drawing them back to the fold. Either in this life or the life to come, they will return. They will have to pay their debt to justice; they will suffer for their sins; and may tread a thorny path; but if it leads them at last, like the penitent Prodigal, to a loving and forgiving father's heart and home, the painful experience will not have been in vain.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I'm paraphrasing, but it's Philippians 4:13.
I also like the Howard W Hunter quote that's already been given, paired with one from President Hinckley's raise the bar sentiment.

"Righteousness is a matter of individual choice. In theses days directly ahead of you is the decisive decision. Are you going to yield to the easy urge to follow the crowd, or are you going to raise your head above the crowd and let them follow you? Are you going to slip off into mediocrity, or are you going to rise to the heights which your Heavenly Father set for you? You could stand above the crowd and become a leader among your people so that some day they would call your name blessed, or you can follow the usual demands and urges and desires and lose yourself in the herd of millions of folks who do not rise to their potential. The decision is yours and yours only. No one else can fashion and order your life.”

You know, I don't know who said this, but it stuck with me for years. perhaps someone else here knows who said it. But, many years ago, a General Authority was telling about a girl he met who said that she would never join the LDS church because the church would not let her do the things she wanted to do. He asked her
What is it that you want to do, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, that the church will not let you do?
I don't know if that is the exact quote but if not, it's pretty darn close.

"Yesterday is History, Tomorrow is a Mystery, Today is a gift, that's why it's called present." I love this quote! and to me this kind of inspirational, but I think it's about sports: "It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog."

Jacob 6:12 O be wise; what can I say more?
I kind of like that it's short!
Moses 6:63 And behold, all things have their likeness, and all things are created and made to bear record of me, both things which are temporal, and things which are spiritual; things which are in the heavens above, and things which are on the earth, and things which are in the earth, and things which are under the earth, both above and beneath: all things bear record of me.
**All things bear testimony of Jesus Christ.
Yeah, I'm searching for that quote by Joseph Smith...can't find it. Maybe he said it while he was riding the white buffalo across the prairies. Duh.

Jacob 4:10 Wherefore, brethren, seek not to acounsel the Lord, but to take counsel from his hand. For behold, ye yourselves know that he counseleth in wisdom, and in justice, and in great mercy, over all his works.

Ether 12:4 Wherefore, whoso believeth in God might with surety hope for a better world, yea, even a place at the right hand of God, which hope cometh of faith, maketh an anchor to the souls of men, which would make them sure and steadfast, always abounding in good works, being led to glorify God.
And one of my favorites -
When Satan reminds you of your past - Remind Him of His Future!
and as my mother always tells me
Smile - You are Loved!
