God created all aliens with free will and some follow him but some follow the evil Space Devil. The evil space Devil is also known as the Emperor and he has Darth Vader do his evil bidding.

So, we are assuming that the alien in question does not already know the score on who's in charge of this universe and has chosen one side or the other? In my experience, the only "legal protection" from more-advanced species is found in Judeo-Christian scripture. According to it, the company of such beings should always be resisted. If the human and the alien are fellowservants of the same master, the "alien" (or angel) will have the authority to overcome that resistance.

In my Bible reading this morning, I was wondering if maybe extra-torrential beings that some have seen may be God's angels...
Read this out of "The Message" paraphrase from the book of Ezekiel:
"And then I saw four wheels beside the cherubim, one beside each cherub. The wheels radiating were sparkling like diamonds in the sun. All four wheels looked alike, each like a wheel within a wheel. When they moved, they went in any of the four directions but in a perfectly straight line. Where the cherubim went, the wheels went straight ahead. The cherubim were full of eyes in their backs, hands, and wings. The wheels likewise were full of eyes. I heard the wheels called "wheels within wheels."

Interesting that you seem to think about aliens but how is your soul and have you found rest for it and the only rest for it is in Jesus Christ

they would need to exist for ether case to occur, I hope you have more evidences for them than you do for evolution, your side still can not make a coherent argument for that yet. I can not fathom you all taking on another unprovable argument.
