When drinking, I always, ALWAYS take ibuprofen before retiring. Upon awakening, pineapple juice or a sweet cup of coffee seems to take the sluggish feeling away. Try to eat a breakfast including an egg and bread.
Happy Holidays!!!

When you have another hang over tomorrow try chicken broth. Just boil a cup of water with one chicken bouillon cube always works for me.

no - you will only make yourself more dehydrated. Drink a large glass of orange juice (slowly) and nibble a small bar of chocolate. That will replace the sugar , vitamin C and liquids , the lack of which causes the hangover.
