Of course, at 15, you cannot understand what grown ups mean in their ways, expressions...That you hug her might make her feel that you treat her as a mother-friend, as she's different than your mom. Do you hug your mother? She probably feels that you hang on to her as a cousin you genuinely love; she understand you, she's been there. She's more than twice your age and really don't see life the way you do: no offense. Hope I could help!
You don't need 50 answers to get the answer you need, could be only 1 and would be the one!

It probably has nothing to do with you. Some people just have weird habits like that. I sometimes laugh at odd times. Also, sometimes when I hug someone, I go "aww," like you would if you saw a cute kitten or something. It's just one of those things you do without really thinking about it. She might not even realize she laughs every time she hugs you.

Wow, Sorry Sweetie, I wish I could help you, but that sounds really bizarre. She is not laughing BEFORE the hug?! Only during the hug?! I have no logical explanation. Good luck. I am going to "star" this one and see what others come up with.

I've met a few people who laugh when they hug someone. I never really thought about it, and always assumed they were happy and the hug made them feel good. :)

Many people laugh at inappropriate times because they are nervous. Have you ever noticed some people laugh after they make a statement, even if it's not funny? Perhaps she is just not fully comfortable and this is her way of expressing it.

I thin asking her is the way to go. There really is no way for us to tell. Maybe it's just a reflex that happens when she hugs people. Maybe he's uncomfortable giving hugs. Who knows? She probably doesn't even realize she does it.

She probalby thinks your cute when you give her hugs. Laughing is not a bad thing it's a sign of happiness so you make her happy when you hug her.

We dont know your cousin so we cant ask her for you.
The obvious answer to you is to "ask her".
|m sorry but how on earth would anyone else be able to answer that question except your cousin.
Either ask her or let it go.
