I eat nine grain cereal. It's a hot cereal like oatmeal but even better. I usually add honey and chopped raw almonds or just peanut butter.
Yummy and filling!!

I usually eat oatmeal, this tends to stick to me longer than cereal, after eating cereal I still be hungry.

Usually porridge, or shredded wheat, with skimmed milk. These keep me full enough until lunch time. They stop me eating anything else before I have my lunch. If I do get hungry then I snack on fresh fruit.

Normally I eat honey bunches of oats....cause it's yummy and crunchy....but I've been going through a serious corn pops phase recently fore some reason.

Mostly plain old corn flakes. I've always liked them.
