How can you be an adult and minor at the same time?
Say your 18 and you get aressted for "minor consuming" then they put you in jail and try you as an adult becuse your 18? how does this make any sence???? What they are saying is that your a minor when they want you to be and your an adult when they want you to be? isent it an blatent infringment of our rights? i understand its the law but what kind of sick law is that?

No, it isn't an infringement of your rights. An infringement of your rights would be to deny you something to which you are legally entitled.

You don't have the right to drink until you're 21. You don't have the right to vote until you're 18. You don't have the right to drive until you're 16. I personally think they should swap the drinking age and the driving age. But it's not my call.

Being a legal adult is a gift and a curse. On the one hand, you have more freedom. On the other, you have more responsibility. Screwy? Perhaps. But since there's no real need to consume alcohol, it's really not that big of a deal. If you really think that it's important, then go ahead and drink. It's your right to do with yourself what you will, but it's your responsibility to face any consequences that might occur from your actions.

it screwed up dude, i mean you can serve your country, at 18 and almost die, but you can't have a drink. there is something wrong there
