My husband is becoming accompined, i dont want dollar amounts i want to know what type, as in BAH COLA ETC. We will be in base houseing. Thanks to anyone who can help!

He will get COLA (cost of living allowance)... depending on what base you go to, will depend on the amount of it.

If you live off base, and most places you still have the choice, you will get BAH. If he is enlisted he gets BAS. But you said you will be living on base, so the only thing extra will be COLA. Good luck!

I'm not an expert, but i think if you live in housing you might only be entitled to COLA, but that depends on the area. Other than that, base pay and BAS ((Basic Allowance for Subsitance) food)

if you are in base housing,all you will get is COLA for each individual and FSA when authorized. no BAH applies.
