Apply an ice pack to it for 20 mins, then direct heat for 20 mins. Go to the interview, but if you are limping just explain the situation. If anything it shows determination on your end and maybe it will help land you the job!

okay work on this..as fast as you can!
what time did you twist your ankle?

okay so, put some ice cubes in a plastic bag, wrap the plastic bag with a towel and place it over your twisted ankle, exactly where it hurts the most.
its not a great feeling i know, but leave the ice there for at least 10 minutes,
you will feel like it burns your skin, but what the ice actually does is to drive all the bad blood (there is 'bad blood' on the spot you twisted your ankle) right on the surface under of your skin. (this is your bodys mechanism to heal it over)

after you leave the ice on the spot you twisted your ankle, it will turn purple, but thats a good sign. the more you leave the ice on the better for you. it will bruise, but you will be able to walk properly in like 8-9 hours after that. just try doing this 3 to 4 times before you go to bed. (to leave the ice on your twisted ankle for at least 10 minutes x 3-4 times)

let us know how it felt after!
get well soon!

PS! i just saw this previous comment someone left: NO HOT WATER ON A TWISTED ANKLE!! god no!! only ice!! we want the blood to "spread" (expansion is made by cold) so that it doesnt hurt anymore, we dont want it to 'pile up' in one spot!! (contraction is made by heat)

R.I.C.E.
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation

By an ace bandage before the interview and wrap your ankle. If you limp into the interview, just laugh and tell them you sprained your ankle. If it hurts really bad in the morning take a couple of Advil. Good luck!

Resting it a lot and also icing it. If this still continues even in to tomorrow after the interview I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
