Salty or sweet foods? Why?

I must like salty foods better because I can eat salty without sweet. If I eat anything sweet, I either need to follow it with salty or there needs to be an element of salt in the sweet food, which might explain why, if I eat a candy bar it's almost always a PayDay, with the sweet corn syrup holding together all the salty peanuts. Kind of a yin and yang thing I guess.

It depends on the food. I like salty french fries and popcorn. And desserts...well, they are mostly sweet!
