Because it's not necessary. Some women excrete more lubricant than others; but in actuality, men need to ejaculate a copious amount and forcefully enough for the sperm cells to have a head start to reach the eggs. Out of the millions of little swimmers that begin the journey, only a few thousand actually complete trek and very few of those have the strength to start looking for a way in. Women are just greasing the pathway to the 'golden egg'...lol
