ooh . . . thats a toughie! i'm not religious at all, but @ first i beleived him because everyone else did, so i kinda just picked it up, but then i thought that it was imposible for one being to make the world like that. i thought humans don't know how the earth started, so they made up god and everything was good. but then at camp my cousler said to call on arch angel meachel or something every night to keep you safe, and a few days after that i beleived him with all myh eart and prayed every night for a week. but now im not sure. i have a bible, but i haven't read it yet.

I know that God , the father of Abraham, is real. It does not matter what others say. God is and will always be. Everyone believes what they want to believe. Why is everyone so angry? I don't try to push my religion on anyone. Eveyone has their own beliefs.

Someone once said to me that by referring to "god" in conversation and calling "god" "god" you are acknowledging his/her/its existence. I told that person that was a load of rubbish because i had no choice if i was to have a conversation about faith with said individual. I wont mock you if chose to believe but dont ram it down my throat. People who preach get on my ****. If you have faith keep it to yourself and dont tell me that my soul needs saving or some other equally ridiculous nonsense. As far as a living god is concerned dont get me started. And another thing, how do you guys explain dinosaurs? Dont tell me that "god" put them there to test our faith, thats rubbish, and if he/she/it did dosent that make "god" a bit twisted. Wouldnt it be easier to just appear and settle the argument once and for all instead of leaving us all to fight about......i mean how sadistic can an omnipitent being get? Too many questions and nowhere near enough answers.......

I'm doing just fine but if you want to bother god then why don't you ask him to take care of the billion people who went to bed hungry tonight? or the millions of people with AIDS? or the thousands of people in Bangladesh? or all the children that were born with birthdefects? or everybody who has cancer?

If god has the time it would be nice if he could look into some of these issues.

i seriously dislike the mindset people like you have, that make others that believe differently feel as if what they believe in is a piece of crap and disregard their feeling on WHY they believe what they believe. It's total ignorance.
I was Buddhist and now i am agnostic and 16 years old. I also have the characteristic of respecting what others believe in.
