This is a principle akin to "eclectic" personal spiritualism. It isn't a religion, but rather a way of living internally in connection with how you view spiritual concepts. The purpose of all religions is to get us into a state of existence where we live in harmony with the Divine (no matter how we veiw the divine.) If you take an ecclected world-view of religions and develop your own beliefs. There really is no precise term for it. You may very well be an agnostic, but not necessarily.

I guess the best way to answer this is with this example.
What is the difference between a religion and a cult?
A cult is someone else's belief.
To be a true religion you must vehemently deny that any other beliefs are real and yours is the one and only true one and then your as good as any of them out there. =)

Agnostic, you believe there is a God but don't have pinpointed a particular standing God as the world knows it. Until you create a religion and give it a name, it falls under the heading Agnostic.
