yes, yes. I understand I need to see the dentist for a correct answer, but its not painful so I'm just trying to get some ideas about what could be wrong before I go spend money on a visit

Sensitive teeth and possibly brushing too hard or using a toothbrush that is to hard. This is also a sensitive row of teeth.
Are you getting enough citrus fruits ? ; Eat plenty of lemons/limes and oranges. Sensitive teeth and gums can be a sign of scurvy, so eat citrus fruits.

Yes it sounds like tooth sensitivity. Have you tried a toothpaste for sensitive teeth? There are also a number of products that your dentist can give you for this problem that really can help reduce your sensitivity.

Yes, I have exactly the same problem on my bottom 4 teeth!
My dentist said use colgate sensitivity! it worked for me

If you have braces that sensitivity often occurs, even weeks after having them tightened.

Otherwise, it just sounds like tooth sensitivity to me.

sensitivity! if you go to the dentist they can give like a mouth wash or tooth paste that FIGHTS sensitivity!

sinsitivity, go to the store and buy a toothpaste that is made for people with sensitive teeth.
