Work is a form of worship.Work is not only meant for livelihood.It must be taken as a means of earning God's grace.It must be performed with the feeling that we are doing it not for the persons to whom we are accountable,but to please God and to win His grace by serving others!!!

Without work I'd have to give up many of the things I've become accustomed to, like eating, being warm, clothes, providing for my family those same basics.

Basically: to get money for gas/insurance for my car. Also, because I like to buy myself some stuff every now and then, like clothing, food, and books. Also, I have to pay for my phone. So my work goes to that too. I like my job so I guess I also work because I like it.

For a few reasons--

God gave me talents and skills and it would be a shame to let those gifts go to waste.

To earn money to do other things I want to do!

I work to buy food, housing, transportation and have some leftover to start my own business doing something I love.

to get money..and use that money for food and shelter so i can live..to go to work every day. lifes pointless.
