Faith is something you attain on your own, God or Jesus will not make you have faith in Him, God gave us Free Will to decide that for ourselves.

Acquire accurate knowledge of Truth from God's Word, the Bible, and then decide whether you want to apply this Truth to your daily life or not.

Faith comes from carefully studying the scriptures.

Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

I can tell you from first hand experience that nothing else on the face of this earth gave me more faith in God that reading the scriptures.

It is when you come to the point of realization that the Bible is divine in origin and holy that your faith will be made complete and strong like an impenetrable fortress.

Study it carefully seeking after God and I'm sure He will provide the faith you seek. God's Word stands true in Romans 10:17.

Mark my words, you will *not* find faith by any other means.

Have you confessed your sins to Jesus and asked him to be your Lord and savour? After you do this you will find that you have a little faith. Then you find a good bible believing church and hear and apply the teaching to your life and your faith will grow. The bible says " Faith comes by hearing the word of God." Good Luck

God is very mysterious.

Think about when you're praying.

Do you only pray when you are in need?
Do you pray for others ?

I pray every night, even when things are going my way I have to pray to say thanks.
A few minutes a night isn't much.

You are probably going through some trauma right now, but sometimes when you find you're world has come crashing down, it is sometimes for the best.

I have gone through some very bad parts of my life but I have found that if those bad things didnt happen, I wouldn't be who I am today.

Think about this.

faith is yours, not God's. Ask God, with an open heart, what his will for you is. You will be answered, again, if you have an open heart. If you are just turning to God after many years of keeping a hard heart to him, he may not acknowledge you because you did not acknowledge him for so long. Seek pastoral advice from a local church about effective, prayerful living.

You prayed, so you do have faith.

Not only that, but you already have faith enough to believe that God would answer your prayers -- that's a lot of faith!

Are you a Christian? A Christian is a person who believes that Jesus Christ is God, that he resurrected from the dead (and is therefore alive today) and was born of a virgin (indicating his sinless nature). This belief is primary evidence of faith
Romans 8:9; '... however, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.’

Faith only comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. You need to get into your Bible and Sunday school to get understanding of it.

Forget about letting Jesus into your heart. There is one who is greater than Christ, that is the One GOD. Focus on GOD and you will have a better starting point for your faith.
