Because I have never had any experiences in my life where a random guy running around saying God spoke to him gave me a religious experience, made me feel full of the spirit, or changed my life or way of thinking. No crazy guy has offered me any simple morals about being a better person. No crazy guy has touched my soul and filled me with hope or joy.
Religious belief is not as simple as just believing in some guy. It is a deep and profound experience and feeling based on a large number of factors. You are oversimplifying Christian beliefs.

If you are in doubt about Jesus being who he said he was, read "More Than A Carpenter" by Josh McDowell or buy the cd. He gives you a reasonable outline on why Christianity is true and why Jesus Christ is who he said he was. You will find it very interesting. * He didn't go around saying he heard a voice by the way*

Jesus went well beyond saying he heard a voice in his head-- in both his actions and words, showed that he had God's own authority, even authority over life and death. That is why people believed in him then and do now.

Which Jesus are you talking about? If you are talking about the one in the bible and you read the all the parts of Jesus' life from the conception, to the Resurrection, you may answer your own question. I personally have seen no reference to Jesus claiming to hear a voice in his head. I hope this helps.

Christian's faith in God is not related to voices in our heads, but the Biblical account for the Lord and what He did for us. The power of belief and prayer and knowing that the Bible is the Truth is why many of us believe. Not because we have voices in our heads.

u got that all wrong. people dont belive in God because they heard a voice in there head. they belive because they found hope in their lives through Christ by reading his word in the Bible and because God gives everyone eternal life forever if they just belive. the reason why so many people dont belive is because they dont see any miracles or even see God for themselves like they need proof. but theres plenty of proof and God said that ull only be saved if u belive by not proof but by love

Do you believe in God?If you did,you don't have to ask this question. If you believe in yourself then you believe in God because you are God's wonderful creation.Believing is a matter of measuring your faith and nobody can prove it but you.

LOOOL thats a good one. That guy would end up in psychiatric facility!
Jesus could make miracles, so he wasn't judged to be crazy.
