I rewinded the tape of Jr's pit road entrance and it showed the aerial view of what happened to Jr. I'll admit Jr ran off the pit road entrance for what ever reason. That didn't cause his wreck at pit road entrance.
Scott Riggs (10 car) was in front of Kyle Busch going into pit road. Kyle had to speed up and also used more room trying to get around Riggs just to hit Jr.
Now if Kyle had a problem with getting booted from Hendrick's team should he take it out on Jr? That was Hendrick's choice to boot shrub's little punk self.
To intentionally spin someone on the entrance of pit road is a little uncalled for. I would say actions detrimental to the sport. I know if I could get within 10 feet of him I'd spin him around without a car.
Should he get fined?

bubastis... You need to rewind the tape and look again. That was intentional. Here http://www.nascar.com/2007/news/headlines/cup/11/18/dearnhardtjr.post.homestead/index.html is Dale Jr's exact words from an article on Nascar.com
"Kyle was being a jerk early on, running into me, trying to rile me up. I don't know why he spun me out on pit road. I guess he was blinded by the sun, too, or else he just can't see at all".
Look at your tape again there bud.

Yes he did it purposely, he was just being his own little immature ugly self! As for getting fined, no I don't think he will get a fine. He will get what he deserves, Junior, or Nascar won't have to do anything. He's just soooooo ugly!

Kyle is an arrogant jerk, a useless ringer for Kurt changed into at the same time as he changed into youthful. and that i favor to attraction to close why all and assorted thinks that he's so large. I recommend, he's were given six Cup wins, yet so what? Carl Edwards has ten, and has been raced one fewer season than Kyle. Kasey Kahne has seven wins, yet no human being is comparing him to Dale Earnhardt. Darrell Waltrip needs to tug his head out of his behind and close up about how large Kyle Busch is, and Kyle needs to learn some appreciate for the different drivers on the song. perchance he will mess with Jeff Gordon in the destiny and Gordon will coach him a lesson, a la Matt Kenseth at Chicagoland in 2006.

I didn't see watch the race but he probably should be fined if this is what happen but will he? We will know Tuesday. One thing about the Busch boys and it isn't a secrete they have a personality problem. They turn into a hot head at any given moment.
Short story my nephew has a friend that became a pilot and then became a airplane sales person and small jets too in Columbus, Oh. Kurt Busch came there wanting to buy the latest greatest plane and I guess he was the biggest jerk they had ever met in there life. They want sales but they said after meeting him they had second thoughts about his sale.
I think anyone who even looks like they are going to cause a problem on pit road should be suspended for enough races that they would never have a chance at winning the champion ship no matter what ball game Brian France thinks this race series is close to or what ever his reason was fro keeping this dumb a$$ chase thing going. The people that are vulnerable are located on pit road. These are the ones that can get hurt bad, not the drivers. The drivers have the latest greatest safety equipment. The pit crews are wearing skate boarder helmets.

I don't think Kyle tried to do anything but make his pit stop. The entrance to pit road was difficult because of the sunsetting. If you were aware of the race it was Carpentier in the #10, not Riggs. So if you put Carpentier (who was driving like the rookie that he is), Kyle Bush (who is Gibbs Racings new "mad man"), and Dale Junior (the "I don't want to drive this car anymore" dude), together at the pit road entrance, at the same time, you got instant bad luck. And out of a bad situation, who do you think has the worst karma? Junior of course. Kyle was probably entering too fast and Carpentier was being overly cautious and Junior was at the wrong place at the wrong time. I was amazed at how much smoke Kyles tires were producing by all his braking effort, and still keep his car going straight. With all that braking effort it was obvious that he was trying to avoid what was ahead of him. Kyle barely hit Junior compared to the speed he was initially travelling at, which would eliminate intent to wreck Junior. Racers are not trained to take extreme measures (as dictated by his braking efforts) to purposely wreck another driver. They would never be able to focus on a race if they thought like that. And they would do that on the track, like Jeff Burton did. Kyle shouldn't be fined, but if he did, he never had any intent of wrecking Junior.

I don't care for Kyle very much, but if you think he hit Dale Jr. on purpose you are crazy. Kyle had a fast car. Why would he tear up the front end (the most important end) of his car to spin Junior? Maybe you should rewind the tape again and look at the damage it caused to Kyle's car. Junior was just going too slow from running off the pit access road. Riggs saw it and cut around Junior and Kyle didn't see Junior and had no idea he was there. If Junior hadn't run off the road the accident would have never happened. Face it, it was Junior's fault. Why do so many people make excuses when Junior makes a mistake.
I have some new technology called DVR and I did rewind it and looked at it in HD. I guess Jeff Burton should be penalized too for running into Junior. Or did your tape run out of time before that happened? Face it, your man screwed up and ran off the road, just like he spun himself out at Phoenix last week. Or was that someones fault too? Just because Junior said it doesn't mean it's the gospel. Junior's quote even said that either Kyle was blinded by the sun or just couldn't see at all. Junior's quote even says the Kyle could NOT see him and you still want to believe it was on purpose. What else do you need? Junior said himself that Kyle couldn't see him which proves my point taco man.

Actually, nothing KB does surprises me. Thank you for posting this question, I was going to but it would of been deleted ...maybe yours won't get deleted. If it wasn't intentional, what would you call it??? I don't bash drivers & I am a proud Junior fan..also like Tony Stewart amoung others...but in this case, that sawed off little punk with his big ego showed his true self with that move. Nobody will listen to stats or proof here, especially if they don't like Junior. Should he get fined...absolutely. I'm waiting for the 1st time he pulls his crap with Tony...should be interesting. If & when you get within 10 feet of KB, let me know, I want a chance at him too. Good Job!! Have a star! =o}

Kyles a little ol ***** (apologies to anyone offended) He is even worse than his brother was.
Like that race last week. He got in a wreck (shocker) and when he found out he would have to go to the tail end, he jumped out of his car and took off in his helecopter. Just like he did in a race earlier this year. (Crew miscommunication my big white butt).
He's a punk.

i can not stand either Busch punk!! their parents should be so ashamed-they gave birth and raised ,rude, evil, obnoxious, big eared, cocky, nasty and very scary ugly punks. i think both punks would do anything to win and that includes putting someone elses life at risk. i would love to see both of them go one on one in the ring with THE ROCK!! they would at least have a reason for being so ugly!!!

Since we are using unsubstantiated circumstances, jumping to conclusions, dissing a big time employer of American workers, my answer is that Dale Jr wanted a caution and caused the accident on purpose. I like to play these games, too.
