I don't personally have anything against them. I have a few that I care for very much.
The Bible says homosexuality is a sin. But so is lying, disrespecting your parents, and not honoring the Sabbath. We have all sinned. So why should I look at a homosexual different than any other person?
I think if anything, I feel like it's something they can be set free of just as I have been set free of sin problems in my life. I know someone who was set free after being in a long term lesbian relationship. She cried out to God and He set her free. She is now married to a very nice man. I am very happy for her. However, I would love her anyway if she was still gay.

As a person, No. I do not have ANY issues with homosexuals. I have known many people that have professed themselves to be gay/lesbians. They were good people even though they lived an alternate lifestyle.
That being said, as a Christian, Yes. The act of homosexuality is a sin in the eyes of God and prevents the individual performing the act entrance into heaven. I do not have control the laws that God has established but I do know that he created a way for this individual to still find salvation. He must announce he belief in God, in his son, Jesus Christ, and repent of his sin. Only through this act will his sin be forgiven.
We are creatures of Free Will and as such have the ability to live for the flesh or to live for God. The final choice is yours. Thank you for you question and God Bless.

I am a Christian. God loves all His children--including the gay ones.
There is no unanimity, among RESPECTED Chrisitans and scholars, regarding whether the Bible calls homosexuality a sin. You can "passage-hunt" through Leviticus if you want, and remain close-minded if you want to as well.
There is no unanimity, in the medical community, about the possible medical origins of homosexuality. It might be genetic, it could be a brain malfunction, or it could just be the way that some people are.
Any Christians who have anything against against homosexuals would be well advised to remember the rule that over-rides all others--Loving your neighbour.

I have nothing against them as people. I have committed sexual immorality before and it is sin whether committed by homosexuals or heterosexuals. It takes the power of God to keep anyone from committing any type of sin. None of us has the power within ourselves and that is the truth. It takes the same amount of grace from the same God who became a man and gave his life for me to save and free the homosexual. He loves them as much as He loves me.

I was brought up a Baptist and having grown up had my day making fun of homosexuals as a kid or teen. I never met a gay person so I went with the flow of my friends as we laughed calling eachother homo's or ******'s just to get a laugh but never actually pointed to a gay individual and called him a ****** *** or anything to hurt him. In my twenties I worked with a airforce pilot who was going to aviation school near by and we both worked at a furniture store and he told me he was gay and said to keep it a secret and I did and when my friends found out that I was working with a gay man they made fun of me and even accussed me sleeping with him which I did not. I accepted my new friend for his kindness and long talks we had about life in general and he even took me up in a plane he rented and I got to experience 0 G-force by a manuveur he did with the plane, it scared me but I lived. I have nothing against a person being gay but I believe that leaders in churches should be taken to court for preaching hate to people who are to stupid to make up their own minds I mean thats taking advantage of the weakness of a persons own attributes. I don't do religion today it basically is for morons who like to hang out with more morons and make themselves look preppy one day out of the week. I think gay citizens have more love to give to the world than church people do..I mean how many gay people have been knocking on peoples doors trying to convert people to being gay and saying lets all hate these non gay people because God says so in the gay bible.

*sigh* Why does the term "believer" seem to only apply to Christians.
As a person of MY faith, I have nothing agaist it what so ever. If they can find someone to love for the rest of thier life, they are one step ahead of 55% of the Christians out there. What's that verse about a plank in your eye? Hmmm

As a person of faith I believe the first marriage was performed by God when he created Eve for Adam. Male and female was the way God created human beings. And Jesus Christ reaffirmed this fact in Matthew 19:4-6 "And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 5And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? 6Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
But your question leaves out the fact that the Bible condemns the whole human race of sin. All of us are born sinners. And we all need to be saved from sin. So I was one also but I asked God to forgive me forgiveness of sin and to cleanse me from all unrighteousness.
So no one can single out one sin. That is in error. Jesus Christ will free any one of their sins if they truly want to change..
