I don't think so- the bible says, "you are to have no other gods before Me"- The bible says many things, however there being no God is not one of them- a matter of fact it points to God in almost every verse. What bible have you been reading?

No, Psalm 53 starts out:

Psalm 53:1 The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God,"

You're playing a dangerous game with this one, deliberately taking scripture out of context.
