since i met him about 4 months ago ive gained about 5 maybe 8 pounds and lost muscle so now were on a diet.
hes athletic and knows all about diet foods but i dont. i have no idea whats ok to eat and not i think i can only eat fruit and veggies so idk.
we run every other day around the orcards which is aot of running and lots of hills then do 5 sets of 20 sit ups 20 push ups and 20 leg lefts and we do the set every day..
but i know theres more i should be doing like with food. i used to be balimic so i was skinny then i gained weight and few months later i was a coke head so i used to take the easy ways to get skinny. now i want to do it for real but idk how.

Are you skinny now ? not the way you see yourself but the way the world sees you. If you can reach your hand around your thigh (thumb to fingertip) you need the waight.
How can you excercise so much and loose muscle ?
5-10 pounds isn't much if you are excercising this much.

OMG!!! You're letting your boyfriend of 4 months tell you how to eat and exercise? Girl, you need to wake up and live for yourself! The exercise you're doing with him is great. Don't stop doing that, just make sure you're eating enough. Make sure you're getting in at least 1800-2000 calories a day. Being a female, if you take in less than 1800 calories a day you will store fat, especially as you get older. By the way, 5-8 pounds is not a lot of weight, unless you gain 5-8 pounds every other week. Check out this site for more tips:

wow seems like UR working out ALOT
try goin to a nutritionist and don't eat alot of fatty foods or try not eating much fast food
what u must do is actually look at the labels on the back
that tell u how much calories and sugar and stuff like that is in there
u'd be amazed at how much s*** is in there
there is SO much crap in some of that stuff its incredible
soooo anywayzz...... keep on exercising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my aunt used to take all these diet pills and i'lll tell u somethin
they really f***ed her up
sooo NEVER take them plus they don't even work

eat less than 2000 calories a day stay away from processed food continue working out, you cant gain muscle without protien so you need to have some meat in your diet as well

Yeah, just tell him if he doesn't like you for you and the way you are then screw him. Your beautiful no matter what size you are as long as your healthy.
