Try contacting some local music organizations, vocal groups, voice teachers, music departments at the local university (or even jr.college), and local church choirs. They should be able to pass your name to those who would be interested in forming or joining a vocal ensemble. Another option would be to put up a flier at a local music store. You can also put an ad up on craigslist.com and see what happens.
