For sandwiches, I prefer hame, but definately turkey on holidays. The dark meat is usually the moistest. Cooking ham is also o.k.... try putting sliced pinapples around it while it's cooking. They give it a nice flavor, but resist the urge to use cloves--- they R 2 strong

Turkey for Thanksgiving and Ham for Christmas.
I like both and I like the sandwhiches after better than the intial meal.

Turkey Love it & we are having it for dinner tonight >
My husband is from Ireland and its tradition that they have Turkey & Ham for Christmas dinner.
