I don't think they would admit it, but I'd say they can see with their own eyes that JW's not only talk the talk but they walk the walk as well.
Edit: It probably wouldn't matter to those who get so inconvenienced and annoyed at them coming to their doors, but that may or may not be because they are unaware that Jesus commisioned his followers to "go and preach the good news" and to go from "house to house" (Mathew 24:14, Acts 20:20,21)

I do not think everyone hates them, but they are very public and that intimidates people. Its nothing to be awakened by their knocking on your doors on Saturday. I think that is what gets people upset. I do not believe in their form of religion. It is too controlling of their members. They have to be approved by the elders if they want to buy a house. They have to give a large percentage of their earnings to the church. They have to have approval for what they wear and who they should associate with. Its just too much of an invasion of any ones personal life. Its too much like a cult. That is probably why they are not well received.

I don't "hate" them, per say.

But I don't like the practice of knocking on doors on Saturday morning. If I were interested in their beliefs, I would go to the churches myself.

I dont dislike them.............I talk to them when they allow me to....it reminds me alot of Muslim religion , and i just dont get thier idea's....they twist the truth....and when you give them scripture they deny it says what it says....only staying on one scripture to back thier belief...and refuse all others.........

All they would have to do is see where there belief started...it was in i think the 1800's i may be wrong...but it was started by a Baptist......so not very basic on the origion of there belief seeing How the Real bible has been around for what 2or 3 thousand years...and its contenet since the beginning of time ??
seems to me...one mans idea's like david Kurish and or someone of that nature wouldnt be someone i would want to follow.....and in there own site of Watch tower said they were associated with the branch dividians not me...by the way..
But all have thier own opinions and nothing wrong with ones opinion......Just TRUTH is based on FACTS Proven FACTS...not someones idea's or desires , much like athiests..cant see it , cant touch it , so dont exist........attitudes........and thats OK to...they have thier opinions.......and its just that there mans opinions..not Facts !!

The constant knocks at the door, the preaching on and on after we have said, "No thank you" five times, the fact that they have no windows in churches is weird, not to mention various practices that are REALLY outdated, like no blood transfusions. That's the JW's, too, right?

I don't hate them. But I don't like them coming to my door. I don't have the same beliefs as them. But they are always polite and leave when I tell them I don't have time.

i don't hate jws, if anything i can sympathise with you, as a roman catholic we get alot of heat from so called "christians".

for me i am concerned for jws based on them having a badly contorted bible and do not follow the christ of the bible.

no offence, these articles cover my reasoning

Everyone”, as you use it, is a universal statement, which is never true. I do not hate Jehovah Witnesses, just as I do not hate atheists.

If you don't already know this, you're either in denial, or ignoring the facts.

I don't care what JW's believe. If they stopped trying to spread their religion by waking me up in the morning to advertise their religion like a door to door salesman, we wouldn't have a problem.
