To live better, you need to first understand that life isn't really about you..it's about what you can do for others.. anyone!...a loved one, your kids, family, people who need help, people who can't fend for themselves, your community, your friends..
Stop focusing on yourself and you'll live better. Go out and find people which YOU can make a difference in their lives. In turn, you'll realised that your suffering isn't important at all, and will soon find that life is really SOMETHING! and HAPPINNESS follows..

I know it sounds cliche but you must learn to love yourself. How do you expect to ever find someone and get out there if you have no confidence or faith in yourself. Its also properly best to steer away from relationships at this time until you figure out your wayward emotions. We all spend time feeling alone in our lives but we do have friends and family with us. Why not spend time cathing up with them. They are bound to help your mood and could also help you open up doors to new people you can meet. And who knows maybe the next person you meet is someone you dont want to miss out on. But if you spend your time alone being miserable you will miss the chance. You just have to know that not having a snignifcant other in you life isnt an end all. And this last guy didnt deserve your love other wise he would still be with you. Someone better is waiting for you out there but in order to find him you must stop putting so much pressure on yourself. Hope it Helps

For someone to love you....you have to first love yourself. Nobody wants to be with someone who complains and nags about how sad and miserable they are to only make them suffer. Do something for yourself, work out, go back to school, pick up a hobby and enjoy yourself. When you realize how great your life is, how beautiful you are someone will also notice it. Trust me depression and sadness can be smelled miles away

Sometimes depression symptoms can be helped with taking vitamins and minerals- And you can also sign up for a work out class in a gym..Mostly what helped me (similer situation) was never leaving time for just sitting around. I worked out- ate healthy, partied at night clubs... Trust me it works.
Hope this helps!!

well from the sounds of it you need to first make yourself happy and stop relying on others for your happiness. How can someone else love you if you can't even love yourself? I think the first step is for you to heal and make yourself happy and don't rely on another person to make you happy. When you are happy you attract happy people don't let negative people bring you down keep yourself happy

So you lost a loser? Count your blessings lady and say good riddance to bad rubbish. Find something to do that's not for yourself. Volunteer work, or maybe big brother/big sisters. Charity work, something that's isn't about you, and take it from there.
