If you are trying to say-I don't speak any Spanish then it's No hablo nada de Espanol. If you are trying to say I don't speak Spanish, then it's No hablo Espanol. The 'yo' is not necessary because of the verb 'hablar', to speak. I could go on and get technical but I need sleep now and this should help enough for now.
