Hey guys, well I'm sure many people have already asked this kind of question... anyway, well I wanna lose some pounds because I gained a couple from eating junk food and I wanna stop before it gets worse. Any suggestions? I'm only 15 so I can't really go to the gym. I particularly wanna lose weight on my thighs since that's where all the fat goes. Right now I'm 120 pds. so I gained like 5 pds.
Any exercises that can help my thighs and legs?? THANKS. =]
Also, does running on the treadmill make your legs bulky?

Exercise. Eat right. Anything else is a joke. Jogging is a perfectly good place to start, and no, it doesn't make your legs "bulky."

Do cardio, start running. No it wont make your legs bulky. Stop eating so much fat and sugar. Get 0 calorie drinks and try to cut out a lot of cheese.

nah running doesnt make ur legs real bulky. its actually a very good way to slim down. doing particular exercises made to build muscle in the legs is what makes them bulky.

Cut waaaayyyy back on the junk food. Except for that, eat what you've always eaten, but eat less of it. Also eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.
