In my last relationship that was about 5 months ago my boyfriend lied to me consently. Then 4 months after we broke up i found out he was still lieing about me. He said that we had a class together and i had a new boyfriend and was rubbing it in his face and i called him a loser. I know it sounds stupid but those lies really got to me and i got really upset about it. But because of it i now don't trust any guy i meet. Even this guy i really like and he likes me and we have known eachother for 3 years. He is in the Marines and i know he would never lie to me or anything but i still have my doubts and think he would. How can i get over this?

You just need willpower here. Sure guys have lied to you in the past and all and it did hurt. But you can't go through life and say you will never trust a guy or they all lie or such. It's not true and you will ruin your life.
How would you feel if your BF said 'I don't trust you'? I'll bet it would not make you happy.

Not trusting any other guy you meet I think is maybe you first mistake. you can punish every male for the mistakes of your dumb *** ex and I hate guys like that who mess everything up for a true genuine guy who wants to be in you life but you are still shook for your ex. say you don't have to trust everyone be get to know the person inside the person before committing trust

well you have to learn to believe what he says... its a hard exercise, but you have to condition yourself, by and by. if you love a person, you have to give him trust.. if he is worth it.
