Do I expect to see folks I've known after I die? I have no idea if we will be recognizable to each other, but I hope so.

I've never miscarried a pregnancy before, so I can't answer that question.

The Bible doesn't specify some things like this, but it seems every Christian who experiences or is shown Heaven reports that our deceased Christian acquaintences are there when we get there. One account stated that aborted babies (though your conscience prefers the term fetus) and I assume that would include the miscarried, are all in Heaven as playing children. That sounds like a God plan to me.

Only after you are resurrected and been approved by Jesus as worthy of being a subject of his Kingdom, will you get to see your dead loved ones. Those who died last will be the first resurrected. In this way a parent can introduce their children to their grandparents and the grandparents can introduce those ones now alive to the grandparents parents. and so on down the line. It is Jesus who does the judging.
(John 5:22) For the Father judges no one at all, but he has committed all the judging to the Son,

This shows that Jesus is NOT God himself, but IS his son.

Yes, I expect to see the saved there, and the innocent. Not only miscarried babies but those whose mothers did away with them as well.

The Bible leads us to this conclusion; we will see our loved ones in heaven. To me, that means family, friends and all my furry little critters that I've loved too.

Miscarried babies are still a part of your family, so yes, I think so.

I believe I will finally see my sister, who died as a baby. Personally, I can't wait to meet her, I often wondered what she would have looked like and how her life would have played out had she lived.

Yes, to your first question. To your second, one, I do not know. As fetuses do not have souls until they take their first breath, I am not sure about that one.
