if your installing new hoses on it and its still blowing them i would say its too much pressure,or just bad hoses, try a better brand of hose,i had that happen a long time ago with a real cheap hose, and i knew for 50 cents a foot that it wasn't going to last long, good luck.

The hoses are under the same pressure as the rest of the cooling system. Make sure you specify heater hose when getting new and make sure it is not touching the exhaust manifold.
