Unless you have an eye disease you don't need any eye medicine. Jelly Bean gave good advice.

The two most important things you can do to protect your eye health is to not smoke and to wear safety glasses for work, sports and hobbies that could result in accidental damage.

You can wear uv blocking sunglasses outdoors, you can also take zinc, and lutein. Both are good for the eyes. For night vision make sure you are good on your vitamin A stores, you can take a multivitamin or even drink a V8.

This is a bit of a vague question but maintaining a nutritious diet, not smoking and protecting your eyes from harmful UV rays will decrease your risk of developing serious eye diseases in the future. I hope this asnwers your question.
