Check with henrys.com. He is one of my favorite ebay sellers and has a real brick and mortar store in Toronto.

I don't actually know about Ottawa, Canada but B&H photo is just across the border in New York and they have great prices and also carry good used items. Our family in Toronto checked them out, made a purchase and had no problem having it shipped to Canada. Not exactly the answer you wanted, but might be an alternative.
