The company sent me to the HQ in another state for training classes for over a week. One of the guys in my class offered to go with me to see one of the local attractions on the weekend. He kept trying to hit on me and I tried to gently turn him down so I could enjoy the day. (for example he's start tickling me and I'd tell him to stop. He'd say, don't you like being tickled? I'd say, only by some people). We still had to drive back to HQ together so I didn't want it to get ugly. On the drive back it was late. I leaned my seat back and went to sleep. I woke up to him running his hand up and down my thigh! He said, I was tired, so I thought I'd pull over. I jumped up and said, 'I'll drive," and assured him that I WASN'T tired. At this point I didn't want it to get ugly because I was alone with this guy in a car!

If you made it perfectly clear that you weren't interested and he did that while you slept, then its super high in the creepy factor. I'd make sure I was nowhere alone with this man.

Wow! That is creopy. I would probably respond the same way you did. Plus I might, depending on how dangerous I thought he was, either get out of the car or tell him I didn't like him, or both. I actually had a guy try a similar thing with me in high school one time. He was kind of a pervert who would do anything to get a girl, probably similar to this guy. Anyways, he always used to hit on me, and one day he started rubbing his hand on my thigh underneath the desk. I took his hand off and didn't say anything, as there was a lecture going on. The next day we had a lab and since he sat next to me, he was my lab partner. I took the opportunity to have a little discussion with him. I told him I didn't like it and he said something along the lines of he didn't think it was a big deal. I just flat out said "well would you do that if I was a guy?". It kind of came out the wrong way and I probably freaked him out more than anything else with a statement like that, but it worked, he didn't bother me anymore after that. And, we stayed friends. Well, whatever you do, I hope everything goes well and you get this guy to leave you alone. Good luck!

I honestly think you did great and I hope I would react as calmly as you did. Some guys get more turned on as a woman yells, fights, resists. You did great. Stay the hell away from him.

Do you see the guy on a regular basis? If not, I wouldn't say anything to the Home Office people as it wasn't on company time. and you chose to go to the local attractions. Also, you never know how he could turn it around on you. If it happens again or you see him again, report him asap. God Bless.

Yes, I would find it "creepy" with the fact of another guy flirting and touching me. I would simply tell him to stop, and that I am not interested in that kind of thing. Afterwards, I would report the guy to whoever is in charge. The problem should be solved from there.
If the guy does anything abnormal to you again, repeat the process above

I think in the future when you start feeling uncomfortable you should make other arrangements so you wouldn't have to be alone with someone like that. It could of gotten ugly, you were lucky.

Just don't lead him on, you can tell him to stop there isn't anything wrong with that, if he gets worse tell your boss or someone that you trust that has authority over him. and if you don't want to do that you can talk about your boyfriend that you are madly in love with.

Talk to your boss, let him know what happened. If this guy is in your company then he should be told that he can't do these kind of things to you. this is sexual harassment and you shouldn't have to put up with it.

Yes thats really scary. I wouldn't even try to talk to him about it. Just avoid him. Touching you in your sleep? I'd avoid him at all costs

I would just tell him I'm not interested instead of him getting a idea that you want him.
