question about dvd's-r?

Can anyone tell me about my dvd, I have a copied game on disc, it worked ok when I first used it.. now the pc will not read it at all.! Why is this happening? Please reply in laymen's terms thank you very much ...

There isn't a reason for it not to work. Do a shut down and restart and try again. Of course, disk can become corrupted, but I wouldn't give up. Good luck.
