when you fry potatoes, how many times do you change the potatoes? while you are on it, why not making more...

I now dont fry anymore.. I oven fry.. I just lightly coat the bottom of a baking tray, toss my fries/potatoes evenly on the tray lightly brush the tops with a little oil, or spray them with Pam lightly.. then bake 350F for 20 or so minutes till they are crisp and brown.. (hence a lower fat version, just as tasty)

when I fry potatoes I turn them every few minutes so they will fry evenly on both sides and be soft not real crispy and I fry them about 25 minutes on med to med low heat
